The business was established by Michael and Robert McCarthy, both property professionals who gained extensive experience working in London and Dublin’s commercial and residential property markets. Our head office is based in Dublin with a team providing support services in administration, project management and accounts. Sam Lampton joined the London office in 2012 as Acquisitions Director. The London team specialise in management of land acquisition, planning and design, construction, sales and lettings.
The business is focused on acquiring property investment opportunities in London and Dublin and it is our aim to continue to expand our portfolio, drawing on our combined experience delivering well designed, sustainable, innovative properties to the highest standards.
